Just saw an advert on the tele for L'oreal with Scarlett Johansson. As can be seen from this post, i think she is very good looking, to be precise i think she is stunning.
And yet the nice people at L'oreal have contrived to make her look not very nice. Using a combination of too much make-up and general cheesiness of the advert, they were able to make the young lady look not too nice at all. This is so uncool.
It is however not an entire surprise. A lot of famous women who go on to do adverts for cosmetic companies end up looking slightly (sometimes majorly) doll-like, unattractive and very cheesy.
There is a very clear lesson from all this. If you are famous and a cosmetics company wants to sign you up for their adverts. Just say no.
